This was discussed in the last Board meeting. We would not let RL James put the screens back up in the condition they were in. We had a meeting with our Engineer Matt Mullins and the VP of R L James and communicated this. As of now, they are working on repairing our screens and cleaning them. Fred Booth and Bridget Spence from Casey Management are sceduled to go out to RL James next week and inspect the screens they are working on. We will know more after the visit. The screens will not go back up until Tortuga approves the work done on the screens.
No. As we discussed at last meeting we are in discussions with RL James about their responsibility with the damage to the screens. I think we are close to resolution with them but no time frame for reinstallation of the screens.

As stated in the last Board meeting, both McEnany and R L James hope to be done by the end of February That includes the punch list. Most of the heavy construction should be done by end of January. The damage we are currently finding in B building is worse than expected but should not impact the timeline. We have a building update meeting on January 8th and we will be able to give a current update at that time.
Pretty much the same as last report.They continue working and making progress. Work continues on A building roof. It appears most of the main roof is covered but they have the finish work like flashing and edges. The mansard over the pool area is being actively worked. They are finishing the corners on the mansards on C building. The mansard on main part of A hasn’t been done yet.
B building has work going on the 5th floor walkway ceiling. Right now it is grinding off rust on exposed epicor and painting with anti rust paint.
2nd floor (ceiling of 1st floor) of B has part of the walkway removed about 3 feet in from edge and new rebar being installed in front of 200. 3rd floor walkway (2nd floor ceiling) removed and needing complete replacement. They work every day on that.
Pool closed. A and C elevators don’t work. B is working but that could change anytime. We use the stairs.
